To apply Gobi Grip™, place ~4-5 drops on one palm without touching the applicator tip (to prevent clogging) and then quickly rub the hands together vigorously and without stopping for 10 seconds to ensure that Gobi has fully dried and is no longer tacky. For best results, spread the solution evenly over the palms (including the base of the palm), over and between the fingers, into the finger joint creases and onto the fingertips. A gentle warming sensation is expected as the product dries on the skin. Gobi Grip™ can be reapplied following hand washing or excessive sweating to maintain maximum grip performance.
Precaution:
Do not let the solution contact your eyes, nose, or mouth. Also, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth until Gobi Grip™ has completely dried on the skin.
How should I store my bottle of Gobi Grip™?
Gobi Grip™ should be stored up right with the cap securely tightened, and protected from light and temperature extremes to maximize its shelf life (>12 months). Keeping the bottle in your sports bag or purse should be fine… but storing it on a windowsill or the dash of your car in summertime is muy no bueno (i.e., very not good).
How often can I apply Gobi Grip™?
Gobi Grip™ is intended for use 3-4 times a week during sports activities. Gobi Grip™ can be reapplied, if necessary, after hand washing with soap or excessive sweating.
Is Gobi Grip™ Safe?
Safety is our top priority. Gobi Grip™ is made with pure medical and food grade ingredients that have been used in medical applications (e.g., liquid bandages) for decades and are considered safe for topical use.
Gobi Grip™ is free of common allergens like aluminum, chalk, silica, rosin, latex, plasticizer and dye. Gobi Grip™ is produced in the USA in a facility where Quality System is Certified to ISO 13485-2016 standards to ensure the highest quality.
Unlike powder-based products, Gobi Grip™ doesn't come off on your grip or equipment you touch once it is dried.
Gobi Grip™ is safe for topical use on unbroken skin of the hands and feet in individuals 13 and older.
Gobi Grip™ forms a thin, transparent film on the skin’s surface (stratum corneum), the outermost layer that protects against infection, injury, and dehydration. This added protective layer helps prevent blisters effectively. Gobi Grip™ was beta tested extensively before a commercial product was developed in collaboration with dermatologists and formulation chemists.
Gobi Grip™ should not be used on children 12 and under. Keep out of the reach of children (and pets!). Do not use if you have a known or suspected allergy to liquid bandage, eye lash, fingernail, or surgical adhesives. Do not let the solution contact the eyes, nose, or mouth. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth until Gobi Grip™ has completely dried on the skin.
Gobi Grip™ presents the risk of skin adhesion if application instructions are not followed carefully (don’t be that guy). If skin adhesion occurs, do not force the skin apart. Soak the affected area in warm water, before gently separating the bonded skin and/or seek medical attention.

Does Gobi Grip™ work?
As scientists and Missourians, we understand the need to “show me” the data. We found that a single application of Gobi Grip™ eliminated >99% of surface sweat (n=4, p< 0.001, see gravimetric assessment) and increased grip security by more than two-fold (n=6, p<0.001, see dynamometer assessment, with single application.
We also conducted a field test in the hot and humid STL summer, and our tennis play testers gave Gobi Grip™ rave reviews, rating it “extremely effective” and “much better” than anything else they’ve tried (n=9, P=0.01, see
survey results).
